My name is Gina Androl. I was born in Dothan, Alabama, but I have lived in Tennessee and South Carolina throughout my childhood. I have called Aiken my home since 1999. I have two children who both attend Mead Hall in 1st and 4th grade.
I graduated from University of South Carolina Aiken in 2003 with a degree in Sociology and Communication Disorders. I also earned a degree in nursing in 2005. Many people ask why I would teach instead of working as a nurse. My answer is simple: I love children, and I love teaching them to be successful students as well as how to be a part of a classroom community. In the years I have been a part of the Mead Hall family, I have had the opportunity to do this.
I believe in a positive classroom environment and strive to use positive interactions with students, parents, and coworkers. My goal for this year is to help my students learn to make friends, resolve conflicts age-appropriately, and most of all to learn to love school!
